The Toshiba Satellite L670-10N is capable driven by an Intel Pentium Dual Core P6000 and features some great features.
Great design and a great trackpad.
The keyboard is spongy and the speakers are below average even for a laptop.
The Toshiba Satellite L670-10N with a huge 17inch screen is a desktop replacement laptop no questions asked. However, the keyboard is spongy, the speakers are below average even for a laptop but it still offers impressive performance for the price
The Toshiba Satellite L670-10N is a desktop replacement laptop that comes with a large 17.3inch screen and powered by a capable Intel Pentium Dual Core P6000. The design is rather standard with a glossy black finish and a touch of class due to the carbon-fibre style pattern on the surface.
However, the spongy, flex-under-your-finger keyboard certainly takes away from the Toshiba Satellite L670’s premium feel. However, the keyboard is roomy even with a full-size shift and return key as well as a numerical keypad. Nonetheless, the trackpad is certainly great with a slightly rough texture that makes it one of the easiest to use trackpads around. In addition, there is even a trackpad on/off button for when you’re using a mouse.
The laptop comes with a number of ports and connections such as three USB2 ports, one of which doubles up as an eSata port, a VGA socket, a HDMI port, an SD card slot, an Ethernet port as well as 802.11bgn Wi-Fi even though there is no Bluetooth connectivity which is a slight shame.
The screen is large at 17.3inches and recreates a crisp and sharp image but does come with a glossy and reflective coating.
The 500GB hard disk comes in the form of two 250GB partitions and there is plenty of room for all of your files and documents.
Overall, the Toshiba satellite is a decent looking laptop with an impressive performance a great screen and all at a reasonable price but the keyboard is spongy and the speakers are below laptop standards.
