Samsung N150

The Samsung N150 offers you high-end style, high quality design and a great battery life without a high end price tag.

Ultraportable and has a great battery life.

The keyboard is cramped and uncomfortable and the hard drive is relatively small.
The Samsung N150 offers an impressive battery life and an excellent look without the huge price tag but that is if you can handle the cramped keyboard and relatively small hard drive.

The Samsung N150 is a great looking laptop that doesn’t include a huge price tag. The Samsung N150 features the latest in Intel Atom N450 CPU which offers new life to netbooks without wasting away the battery life. The Intel Atom N450 CPU clocks at a speed of 1.66GHz and comes with 1GB RAM relatively adequate.

The N150’s design is attractive due to its simplicity and available in five different glossy colours yellow, red, blue, white and black. However, the glossy sheen does attract huge amounts of dust and smudges and is a dirt magnet but if you open the lid you’re greeted by dull plastics which is well average.

The major disappointment of this laptop is its keyboard, cramped, uncomfortable to use keys that are so tightly packed you will constantly be plagued with miss-typings. However, the trackpad is comfortable to use, is accurate and responsive and features multi-touch gestures.

The laptop includes the common ports and connectors such as three USB ports, mic and headphone jacks, an Ethernet port, a VGA video output, 802.11bgn Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

The netbook has a great versatile screen that can be used even in some of the brightest places without becoming to reflective. However, even though the screen is versatile the processor, the Intel N450 CPU, is not the most powerful processor and is best suited to simple tasks such as web browsing and word processing.
Overall, the Samsung N150 is a great laptop for those who are after a long battery life and aren’t to bothered about multi-tasking power.
